NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES
We understand that life happens and things come up. However, in out of respect for our time and the time of our other clients, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee as we will not be able to fill that spot in under 24 hours.

NO GUESTS
Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment, as there is no waiting area at the studio.

15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

Some services are time sensitive. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to perform your service. In this case, you will be asked to reschedule and charged a 50% late cancellation fee.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
