NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee as I will not be able to fill that spot in under 24 hours.

NO GUESTS
Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment, as I do not have a waiting area at my location.

15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

Some services require chemical processing are therefore time sensitive. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to perform your service. In this case, you will be asked to reschedule and charged a 50% late cancellation fee.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
